ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด เข้าร่วมหารือติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในจังหวัดสงขลา ย้ำทุกภาคส่วนเข้าช่วยเหลือผู้ติดค้างอย่างเร่งด่วนที่สุด
วันที่ (27 พฤศจิกายน 2568) เวลา 09.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมเสนาณรงค์ (กองบัญชาการมณฑลทหารบกที่ 42) ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลเอก อุกฤษฎ์ บุญตานนท์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด พร้อมด้วย พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 และทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมประชุมหารือติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา เพื่อปรับแผนการเข้าช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนได้อย่างเร่งด่วนและทั่วถึงมากที่สุด และสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในปัจจุบัน
จากสถานการณ์ในครั้งนี้ มีประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรง โดยจากการประชุมรายงานสถานการณ์ว่า พบความเสียหายครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 15 ตำบล 57 หมู่บ้าน และ 162 ชุมชน คิดเป็นจำนวนครัวเรือนที่ได้รับผลกระทบสูงถึง 104,917 ครัวเรือน และมีประชาชนที่เดือดร้อนรวม 243,778 คน ในส่วนการดำเนินการช่วยเหลือได้มีการเร่งรัดอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะการอพยพประชาชนไปยังพื้นที่ปลอดภัย
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดตั้งศูนย์พักพิงเพื่อรองรับผู้ประสบภัยรวม 11 แห่ง ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีผู้อพยพพักพิงอยู่รวม 14,160 คน ในส่วนของการช่วยเหลือนักท่องเที่ยว ได้มีการอำนวยความสะดวกและให้ความช่วยเหลือไปแล้ว มียอดรวม 3,190 คน สำหรับภารกิจบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ได้มีการใช้ อากาศยานปฏิบัติการไปแล้ว 29 เที่ยวบิน แม้ว่าสภาวะโดยรวมจะยังคงปกติ แต่ยังมี ฝนตกหนักในบางแห่ง ดังนั้น จึงมีการเน้นย้ำให้ทุกส่วนเร่งเข้าช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัยที่ติดค้าง โดยใช้ทั้งรถ เรือ และอากาศยาน ในการเข้าถึงพื้นที่ พร้อมทั้งให้ความสำคัญกับการลำเลียงอาหารและการเร่งผลิตเสบียงให้เพียงพอและทั่วถึง และยังวางแผนถึงการฟื้นฟูบ้านเรือน ที่อยู่อาศัย ที่ได้รับความเสียหาย ตลอดจนขยะที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่
สำหรับแผนการดำเนินงานต่อไป ได้มีการวางแผนเตรียมจัดตั้งศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราวเพิ่มเติม เพื่อรองรับการอพยพที่อาจเพิ่มขึ้น รวมถึงการยกระดับบริการทางการแพทย์ โดยจะมีการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนาม และศูนย์ฟอกไตของสภากาชาดไทยเพิ่ม ซึ่งจะเร่งดำเนินการจัดหาสิ่งของจำเป็นสำหรับผู้ป่วยให้รวดเร็วที่สุด
ท้ายที่สุดนี้ ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด ได้กล่าวแสดงความขอบคุณอย่างยิ่งต่อทุกภาคส่วนที่ได้ปฏิบัติงานและทุ่มเทมาตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าสถานการณ์จะคลี่คลายและดีขึ้นในเร็ววัน พร้อมทั้งยืนยันจะเร่งดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านไฟฟ้าและสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต ให้พี่น้องประชาชนสามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้ปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสื่อสารที่รวดเร็วและต่อเนื่อง

Jeneral Ukrit Boontanont, Panglima Angkatan Tentera, bersama Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poinok, Panglima Tentera Wilayah ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, serta semua agensi berkaitan, telah mengadakan mesyuarat bagi memantau keadaan banjir di Songkhla. Mesyuarat ini bertujuan menyesuaikan pelan tindakan supaya bantuan dapat diberikan kepada rakyat dengan lebih cepat, menyeluruh, dan seiring dengan keadaan banjir semasa.
Hasil laporan situasi menunjukkan bahawa banjir kali ini memberi kesan yang sangat serius kepada orang ramai. Kerosakan dicatatkan di 15 mukim, 57 kampung dan 162 komuniti, dengan jumlah rumah yang terjejas sebanyak 104,917 buah rumah, melibatkan 243,778 orang penduduk. Usaha bantuan kecemasan sedang dipergiat, khususnya dalam kerja-kerja memindahkan penduduk ke kawasan yang lebih selamat.
Selain itu, 11 pusat pemindahan sementara telah dibuka dan kini menempatkan seramai 14,160 orang. Bantuan kepada pelancong juga telah disalurkan kepada 3,190 orang. Bagi operasi bantuan bencana, 29 penerbangan menggunakan pesawat operasi telah dijalankan. Walaupun keadaan keseluruhan masih terkawal, hujan lebat masih berlaku di beberapa kawasan. Oleh itu, semua agensi ditekankan untuk segera membantu penduduk yang terkandas menggunakan kenderaan darat, bot, dan pesawat udara bagi memasuki kawasan terjejas. The Chief of Defence Forces Attends a Meeting to Monitor the Flood Situation in Songkhla Province, Emphasizing the Need for All Agencies to Urgently Assist Stranded Residents
On 27 November 2025 at 09.00 hrs, at the Sena Narong Conference Room (42nd Military Circle Headquarters), Sena Narong Camp, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province,
General Ukrit Boontanont, Chief of Defence Forces, together with Lieutenant General Norathip Poinok, Commander of the 4th Army Region / Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, and all relevant agencies, convened a meeting to monitor the ongoing flood situation in Songkhla. The purpose was to adjust operational plans to ensure rapid, comprehensive, and situation-appropriate assistance for all affected residents.
According to the situation report presented during the meeting, the flooding has severely affected the population. Damage has been recorded across 15 subdistricts, 57 villages, and 162 communities, with 104,917 households and 243,778 people impacted. Emergency assistance is being expedited continuously, particularly in evacuating residents to designated safe zones.
In addition, 11 evacuation centers have been established, currently accommodating 14,160 evacuees. Assistance for tourists has also been provided, with a total of 3,190 individuals supported thus far. For disaster-relief operations, 29 aerial missions have been conducted. Although the overall situation remains manageable, heavy rainfall is still occurring in some areas. Therefore, all agencies have been instructed to urgently assist stranded individuals using land vehicles, boats, and aircraft to reach affected locations. Priority is also being given to the transportation of food supplies and the rapid production and distribution of essential provisions. Plans are underway for the rehabilitation of damaged homes, living areas, and waste cleanup following the floods.
For the next phase of operations, preparations are being made to establish additional temporary shelters to accommodate a possible increase in evacuees. Medical services will also be enhanced with the establishment of additional field hospitals and a dialysis center operated by the Thai Red Cross Society, along with expedited procurement of necessary medical supplies for patients.
Finally, the Chief of Defence Forces expressed his sincere appreciation to all agencies for their dedication and hard work since the onset of the crisis. He expressed hope that the situation would improve soon and reaffirmed the commitment to urgently address issues related to power outages and internet connectivity, ensuring that residents can return to normal communication as quickly as possible.
