>> วันนี้ (30 พฤศจิกายน 2568) ชุดควบคุมทักษิณสัมพันธ์ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุขได้ลงพื้นที่บินสำรวจสภาพความเสียหายหลังเหตุอุทกภัยในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พร้อมประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนเข้าใจมาตรการช่วยเหลือและการฟื้นฟูพื้นที่อย่างชัดเจน ในการปฏิบัติภารกิจครั้งนี้ หน่วยได้แจ้งข่าวสารเร่งด่วนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและจัดระเบียบพื้นที่รอบโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ โดยขอให้ประชาชนทราบว่า วันนี้จะมีการปิดถนนชั่วคราวเพื่อดำเนินการเคลียร์พื้นที่และอำนวยความสะดวกต่อภารกิจ “บิ๊กคลีนนิ่งเดย์” พื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ได้แก่ ถนนรอบโรงพยาบาลและซอยเชื่อมต่อที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประชาชนจึงควรหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางดังกล่าวและวางแผนการเดินทางล่วงหน้า หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะเร่งดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จโดยเร็วที่สุด

Pada hari ini (30 November 2025), Pasukan Kawalan Thaksin Samphan, di bawah Pasukan Tugas Khas Santisuk, telah menjalankan tinjauan udara untuk menilai tahap kerosakan akibat bencana banjir di Daerah Hat Yai, Wilayah Songkhla. Pada masa yang sama, pasukan turut memberi penerangan kepada penduduk mengenai langkah-langkah bantuan serta proses pemulihan yang sedang dilaksanakan dengan lebih terperinci. Dalam operasi ini, pasukan turut menyampaikan maklumat penting berhubung persiapan dan penyusunan semula kawasan sekitar Hospital Hat Yai. Penduduk dimaklumkan bahawa akan berlaku penutupan jalan sementara bagi tujuan kerja-kerja pembersihan serta bagi melancarkan operasi “Big Cleaning Day”. Kawasan yang terlibat termasuk jalan di sekitar hospital dan lorong-lorong berhampiran. Penduduk disarankan mengelakkan laluan tersebut dan merancang perjalanan lebih awal. Agensi berkaitan akan berusaha menyiapkan kerja-kerja tersebut secepat mungkin.

Penduduk boleh mendapatkan bekalan air di Taman Awam Majlis Perbandaran Hat Yai (berhampiran kolam air mentah Balai Seni) dan Pusat Pemindahan Sementara di Kem Senanarong, Markas Briged ke-42 (berhampiran kolam air mentah dalam kem), di Tambon Kho Hong, Daerah Hat Yai.
Pada jam 5.20 petang, Timbalan Ketua Polis bersama Mejar Jeneral Somkid Boonchote, Ketua Staf Tentera Darat Wilayah 4, turut melakukan tinjauan udara dan sesi hebahan maklumat bersama Pasukan Tugas Khas Santisuk bagi mengesahkan kesiapsiagaan agensi kerajaan dalam membantu rakyat. Mereka turut menyampaikan penjelasan mengenai langkah pemulihan serta memastikan setiap penduduk mendapat bantuan sewajarnya. The unit also disseminated information to ensure that the public clearly understands the assistance measures and recovery procedures. During this operation, urgent announcements were made to prepare and reorganize the areas surrounding Hat Yai Hospital. The public was informed that there would be temporary road closures to facilitate clearance operations and support the “Big Cleaning Day” mission. Affected areas include the roads surrounding the hospital and adjacent connecting lanes. Residents were advised to avoid these routes and plan their travel accordingly. Relevant agencies will expedite the completion of these operations as quickly as possible.
Additionally, the unit supported accelerated cleanup and waste removal efforts following the receding floodwaters in the Hat Yai Municipality area. Residents were encouraged to place their waste— including large debris and damaged materials— in front of their homes, along main roads, or at the entrance of alleyways, to allow personnel to collect and transport it promptly to designated disposal sites. These efforts aim to restore road usability swiftly and reduce sanitation risks. For safety and efficiency during nighttime restoration activities, military personnel requested public cooperation in completing personal errands early and returning home at appropriate hours to keep roadways clear for machinery, waste removal operations, and equipment movement. Residents may collect water at the Hat Yai Municipality Public Park (near the raw-water pond at the Art Gallery) and at the temporary shelter center at the 42nd Military Circle, Sena Narong Camp (near the camp’s raw-water pond) in Kho Hong Subdistrict, Hat Yai.
At 5:20 p.m., the Deputy Police Commander, together with Major General Somkid Boonchote, Chief of Staff of the Fourth Army Area, conducted an additional aerial survey and joint public communication with the Santisuk Task Force.
