◾️ วันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 22.30 น. ที่ศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย กองทัพภาคที่ 4 ส่วนหน้า (มณฑลทหารบกที่ 42) ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วย พลตรี กรกฎ ภู่โชติ รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า นำชุดเครื่องนอน ได้แก่ ผ้านวม ผ้าห่ม ผ้าเช็ดตัว และเสื่อ ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากโครงการ “น้ำใจเพื่อไออุ่น” มอบให้แก่พี่น้องประชาชนที่ประสบอุทกภัยและพักอาศัยอยู่ภายในศูนย์ฯ โดยมี พันเอก อุทัย รุ่งสังข์ รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สันติวิธี และพันเอก เอกวริทธิ์ ชอบชูผล รองโฆษก กอ.รมน.ภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ร่วมส่งความอบอุ่น
◾️ ด้าน พันเอก อุทัย รุ่งสังข์ เปิดเผยว่า สิ่งของทั้งหมดได้รับการสนับสนุนจากโครงการ “น้ำใจเพื่อไออุ่น” ซึ่งเกิดจากการบริจาคของสมาชิก “ช่องลุงเสธ.” โดยเป็นโครงการที่พันเอก อุทัย รุ่งสังข์ ริเริ่มขึ้นเพื่อส่งต่อความอบอุ่นให้ผู้ประสบอุทกภัย สิ่งของดังกล่าวจัดหามาจากจังหวัดยะลา ต้องใช้เวลาในการขนส่งกว่า 5 ชั่วโมง แม้การลำเลียงจะเป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบากจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วม แต่ทุกภาคส่วนยังคงตั้งใจส่งต่อกำลังใจและความช่วยเหลือให้ถึงมือประชาชนอย่างเต็มกำลัง
◾️ ขณะเดียวกัน แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังได้ทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการส่งมอบสิ่งของและให้กำลังใจพี่น้องประชาชนด้วยตนเอง โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่และกำลังพลร่วมสนับสนุนการกระจายสิ่งของให้ทั่วถึงและรวดเร็ว
◾️ บรรยากาศการมอบสิ่งของเป็นไปด้วยความอบอุ่น พี่น้องประชาชนต่างแสดงความรู้สึกดีใจและซาบซึ้งที่ได้รับการดูแลในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก พร้อมกล่าวว่า “อย่างน้อยคืนนี้ก็มีผ้าห่มให้อุ่นขึ้นอีกหนึ่งคืน” ขณะที่กองทัพบกยืนยันว่าจะยังคงอยู่เคียงข้างพี่น้องประชาชน และเร่งดำเนินภารกิจช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มความสามารถจนกว่าสถานการณ์จะกลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติ

🎊 Saluran “Lung Seth” sampaikan projek “Namjai Puea Ai-Un” kepada Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 sebagai orang tengah untuk hantar set tempat tidur bantu mangsa banjir di Hat Yai.
◾️ Pada 26 November 2025, jam 10.30 malam, di Pusat Bantuan Bencana Tentera Wilayah 4 (Kem Sena Narong, Hatyai, Songkhla),
Lt. Jen. Narathip Poinok, Panglima Wilayah 4 bersama Mej. Jen. Korakot Puchot telah menyerahkan set tempat tidur – seperti selimut tebal, selimut nipis, tuala dan tikar – yang diterima daripada projek “Namjai Puea Ai-Un” kepada penduduk yang jadi mangsa banjir dan sedang tinggal di pusat bantuan.
Turut hadir Kol. Uthai Rungsang, Timbalan Pengarah Pusat Keamanan, dan Kol. Aekwarit Chobchupol, Timbalan Jurucakap ISOC Wilayah 4.
◾️ Kol. Uthai Rungsang berkata bahawa semua barang ini adalah sumbangan daripada ahli saluran “Lung Seth”. Projek ini beliau sendiri yang mulakan untuk bantu beri kehangatan kepada mangsa banjir.
Barang-barang dibeli dari Yala dan ambil masa lebih 5 jam untuk dihantar kerana banjir menyukarkan perjalanan. Walaupun susah, semua pihak tetap berusaha supaya bantuan sampai kepada rakyat.
◾️ Pada masa sama, Panglima Wilayah 4 juga turun sendiri untuk serah barang bantuan dan beri semangat kepada orang ramai. Anggota tentera turut membantu agihkan barang dengan cepat supaya semua orang dapat.
◾️ Suasana ketika serahan bantuan penuh dengan rasa hangat dan gembira. Ramai penduduk berterima kasih kerana dapat perhatian pada waktu susah begini.
Mereka berkata, “Sekurang-kurangnya malam ini kami ada selimut untuk lebih hangat.”
Tentera Darat juga menegaskan bahawa mereka akan terus bersama rakyat dan membantu sepenuh tenaga sehingga keadaan kembali normal.

◾️ On 26 November 2025, at 22:30, at the Disaster Relief Center of the 4th Army Region (42nd Military Circle), Sena Narong Military Camp, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Narathip Poinok, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4, together with Major General Korakot Puchot, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Region and Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations Region 4 (Forward Command), delivered bedding sets—including duvets, blankets, towels, and mats—supported by the “Warmth of Kindness” project to flood victims residing at the center.
Also present were Colonel Uthai Rungsang, Deputy Director of the Peace Center, and Colonel Aekwarit Chobchupol, Deputy Spokesperson of ISOC Region 4 (Forward Command), who joined in extending warmth and support.
◾️ Colonel Uthai Rungsang stated that all donated items were provided through the “Warmth of Kindness” project, which was made possible by contributions from members of the “Lung Seth Channel.” The project, initiated by Colonel Uthai himself, aims to deliver warmth and comfort to flood victims. The supplies were sourced from Yala Province and required more than five hours of transport. Despite the difficult logistics caused by the flooding, all agencies involved remained committed to ensuring that encouragement and assistance reached the people in need.
◾️ At the same time, the Commander of the 4th Army Region personally served as an intermediary in delivering the relief items and offering moral support to the affected residents. Military personnel and staff assisted in ensuring rapid and comprehensive distribution of the supplies.
◾️ The atmosphere during the distribution was filled with warmth and gratitude. Residents expressed happiness and sincere appreciation for the care they received during such a challenging time, saying, “At the very least, tonight we have a blanket to keep us warm.”
The Royal Thai Army reaffirmed its commitment to standing beside the people and pledged to continue providing full support until the situation returns to normal.
