🌳 ฉก.ทพ.46 นำทีมแพทย์เดินเท้าลุยน้ำท่วมรือเสาะ มอบยารักษาโรคเบื้องต้นถึงมือชาวบ้าน พร้อมส่งเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคถึงมือผู้ประสบภัย จ.นราธิวาส
✏️ วันนี้ ( 26 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ) เวลา 09.00 น. หน่วยเฉพาะกิจนราธิวาส โดย หน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 46 จัดกำลังชุดปฏิบัติการกิจการพลเรือน และชุดแพทย์ทหารเดินเท้า ลงพื้นที่เข้าให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชนผู้ประสบอุทกภัยในพื้นที่ ตำบลรือเสาะ อำเภอรือเสาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส เนื่องจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมทำให้ประชาชนหลายครัวเรือนยังคงติดค้างอยู่ภายในบ้านเพื่อเฝ้าดูแลทรัพย์สิน และมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเจ็บป่วยเบื้องต้น เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้นำยารักษาโรคที่จำเป็นมอบให้ถึงมือประชาชนถึงในบ้านพัก เพื่อใช้รักษาอาการเจ็บป่วยเบื้องต้นได้ด้วยตนเอง พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้นำน้ำดื่มสะอาด และเครื่องอุปโภค บริโภคแจกจ่ายให้กับประชาชน เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อน สำหรับการเข้าช่วยเหลือครั้งนี้สร้างขวัญกำลังใจที่ดีแก่ประชาชนี่เป็นอย่างมาก โดยชาวบ้านต่างกล่าวขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่เคียงข้างดูแลประชาชน ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างใกล้ชิดในยามวิกฤต

🌳 Pasukan PGA 46 bawa doktor jalan kaki dalam banjir di Rueso, sampaikan ubat dan barang keperluan terus ke rumah mangsa banjir di Narathiwat
✏️ Pada 26 November 2025 jam 09.00 pagi, Unit Tugas Khas Narathiwat bersama Unit Tugas Khas Batalion Renjer 46 turun padang dengan pasukan kerja awam dan pasukan perubatan tentera. Mereka berjalan kaki meredah banjir ke kawasan Kampung Rueso, Daerah Rueso, untuk bantu keluarga yang masih terperangkap dalam rumah kerana air masih tinggi.
Disebabkan ramai penduduk tidak boleh keluar dan berisiko jatuh sakit, anggota bertugas telah menghantar ubat-ubatan asas terus ke dalam rumah supaya orang kampung boleh rawat diri sendiri jika ada sakit ringan. Mereka juga membawa air minum bersih, barang kegunaan harian dan makanan untuk ringankan beban keluarga yang terjejas.
Bantuan kali ini buat orang kampung rasa sangat lega danมี semangat เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่ turunมาดูแลใกล้ ๆ ช่วงยามยาก ชาวบ้านหลายคน turutขอบคุณ pihakยิปู ที่คอยอยู่เคียงข้างและช่วยเหลือไม่ห่าง

✏️ On 26 November 2025 at 09:00 a.m., the Narathiwat Special Task Force, through the 46th Ranger Regiment Task Force, deployed a Civil Affairs Operations Team together with a military medical unit to provide assistance to flood-affected residents in Rue So Subdistrict, Rueso District, Narathiwat Province.
Due to severe flooding, many households remained stranded inside their homes to safeguard their property and were at risk of developing initial health conditions. The team therefore delivered basic medical supplies directly to residents at their homes, enabling them to treat minor illnesses on their own. Officials also distributed clean drinking water and essential consumables to help ease the hardships caused by the flooding.
This relief effort greatly boosted the morale of local residents, who expressed their gratitude to the personnel for standing by them and providing close, continuous support during this critical time.
