🔲 รองนายกรัฐมนตรี นำทีมรัฐมนตรี 4 กระทรวง ลงพื้นที่พบปะประชาชนชาวจังหวัดยะลา พร้อมมอบนโยบายพัฒนาและรับฟังปัญหาประชาชน
>> วันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 16.00 น. ร้อยเอก ธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมคณะรัฐมนตรีจาก 4 กระทรวง ได้แก่ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา กระทรวงพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ และกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการจังหวัดในพื้นที่จังหวัดยะลา ณ หอประชุมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา โดยมี พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วย ผู้แทนส่วนราชการ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำศาสนา และประชาชนชาวจังหวัดยะลา ร่วมให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น
>> ภายในงาน รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ได้มอบนโยบายสำคัญแก่หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และผู้นำชุมชนในพื้นที่ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาจังหวัดยะลาให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาล พร้อมทั้งรับฟังรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมและปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน รวมถึงข้อเสนอในการพัฒนาด้านเกษตร การศึกษา การท่องเที่ยว และสังคมอย่างรอบด้าน จากนั้นได้ เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการบูรณาการจาก 4 กระทรวงหลัก ที่นำเสนอผลงานและกิจกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ อาทิ การมอบโฉนดที่ดินเพื่อการเกษตร การมอบหนังสืออนุญาตให้เข้าทำประโยชน์ในที่ดิน และการส่งมอบอุปกรณ์ช่วยเหลือผู้พิการ
>> การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ภาครัฐจะได้พบปะและรับฟังปัญหาโดยตรงจากพี่น้องประชาชน เพื่อร่วมกันวางแนวทางแก้ไขและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้ให้มั่นคงและยั่งยืนต่อไป

🔲 Timbalan Perdana Menteri turun padang ke Yala, jumpa rakyat dan bagi dasar pembangunan
Pada 8 November 2025 jam 4.00 petang, YB Kapten Thammanat Prompao, Timbalan Perdana Menteri merangkap Menteri Pertanian dan Koperasi, bersama menteri dari 4 kementerian — iaitu Kementerian Pelajaran, Kementerian Pelancongan dan Sukan, Kementerian Pembangunan Sosial dan Keselamatan Manusia, serta Kementerian Pertanian dan Koperasi — telah turun padang ke Wilayah Yala.
Majlis berlangsung di Dewan Jubli Emas 80 Tahun, Universiti Rajabhat Yala.
Turut hadir Lt. Gen. Narathip Poinok, Panglima Tentera Wilayah 4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah 4, bersama wakil jabatan kerajaan, pemimpin tempatan, pemimpin agama, dan penduduk Yala yang menyambut dengan mesra.
Dalam program itu, Timbalan Perdana Menteri telah sampaikan dasar penting kerajaan kepada ketua jabatan, pemimpin tempatan, penghulu, ketua kampung dan pemimpin komuniti — supaya semua pihak boleh gerakkan pembangunan Yala selaras dengan dasar kerajaan pusat.
Beliau juga dengar laporan tentang banjir dan masalah rakyat, serta cadangan pembangunan dalam bidang pertanian, pendidikan, pelancongan dan sosial.
Selepas itu, beliau melawat pameran daripada 4 kementerian utama yang tunjukkan kerja-kerja membantu rakyat — seperti penyerahan geran tanah pertanian, surat kebenaran guna tanah, dan peralatan bantuan untuk OKU.
Lawatan kali ini jadi peluang penting untuk kerajaan dengar suara rakyat secara langsung, supaya boleh cari jalan penyelesaian bersama dan tingkatkan taraf hidup rakyat di wilayah sempadan selatan dengan lebih aman, stabil dan berkekalan.

🔲 Deputy Prime Minister Leads a Delegation of Four Ministries to Yala Province to Meet Local Residents, Deliver Development Policies, and Hear Public Concerns
On 8 November 2025 at 4:00 p.m., Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, together with ministers from four ministries — the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives — conducted an official visit to Yala Province.
The meeting took place at the 80th Anniversary Commemorative Auditorium, Yala Rajabhat University, and was attended by Lieutenant General Narathip Poinok, Commander of the 4th Army Area / Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, along with government officials, local leaders, religious leaders, and residents of Yala who warmly welcomed the delegation.
During the event, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives delivered key policy directives to heads of government agencies, local administrative executives, subdistrict and village chiefs, and community leaders. The aim was to provide a framework for driving Yala’s development in line with the government’s overall policies.
He also received reports on flood situations and public grievances, as well as proposals for development in the areas of agriculture, education, tourism, and social welfare.
The Deputy Prime Minister and his delegation later visited an integrated exhibition by the four ministries, showcasing projects and initiatives designed to improve the quality of life of local residents. Highlights included the distribution of agricultural land title deeds, the issuance of land utilization permits, and the provision of assistive devices for persons with disabilities.
This field visit served as an important opportunity for the government to engage directly with local communities, listen to their challenges, and work together to develop practical solutions that will enhance the quality of life and promote stability and sustainability in Thailand’s southern border provinces.
