⚫️ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ตรวจเยี่ยมพบปะกำลังพล กองพลพัฒนาที่ 4 ค่ายรัตนพล พร้อมกำชับ “เตรียมความพร้อม เพื่อช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนในทุกโอกาส”
◾ วันนี้ (11 พฤศจิกายน 2568) เวลา 13.30 น. พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 และคณะฯ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมกำลังพล ณ กองพลพัฒนาที่ 4 ค่ายรัตนพล อำเภอคลองหอยโข่ง จังหวัดสงขลา พร้อมรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยและก่อนมอบนโยบายและแนวทางการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีผู้บังคับบัญชาและกำลังพลร่วมให้การต้อนรับและร่วมประชุมฯ
จากนั้น พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 และคณะฯ ได้เดินทางไปยังหน่วยฝึกทหารใหม่ กองพันพัฒนาที่ 4 รับฟังบรรยายสรุปเกี่ยวกับแผนการฝึก ก่อนพบปะกำลังพลและทหารใหม่ โดยแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้เน้นย้ำให้หน่วยฝึกดำเนินการฝึกให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่หน่วยเหนือกำหนด พร้อมกำชับครูฝึกต้องดูแลทหารใหม่ให้ดี เนื่องจากทหารใหม่เปรียบเสมือนน้องคนเล็กของกองทัพบก รวมถึงได้เน้นย้ำเรื่องความปลอดภัย โดยเฉพาะการเจ็บป่วยจากโรคลมร้อน และการได้รับบาดเจ็บขณะทำการฝึก ตลอดจนการสูญเสียไม่ว่าจากสาเหตุใดก็ตาม จะต้องไม่เกิดขึ้นอย่างเด็ดขาด
◾ ภายเสร็จสิ้นการตรวจเยี่ยมหน่วยฝึกทหารใหม่ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 และคณะฯ ได้เดินทางไปเป็นประธานตรวจสภาพความพร้อมของกองร้อยบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กองพลพัฒนาที่ 4 ก่อนพบปะให้โอวาทและชมการสาธิตการใช้ยุทโธปกรณ์ต่างๆ ของหน่วย โดยท่านแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้กล่าวชื่นชมที่หน่วยได้มีการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับให้การช่วยเหลือ บรรเทาความเดือดร้อนให้กับพี่น้องประชาชน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเจตนารมณ์ของกองทัพบกที่ว่า ทหารพร้อมเป็นที่พึ่งของประชาชนในทุกโอกาส นอกจากนี้แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ยังได้เน้นย้ำเพิ่มเติมว่า กำลังพลทุกนายจะต้องมีความพร้อมอยู่เสมอ เพื่อรับมือกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

⚫️ Panglima Tentera Darat Wilayah Ke-4 lawat dan jumpa anggota di Divisyen Pembangunan Ke-4, Kem Rattnaphon – pesan supaya sentiasa bersiap bantu rakyat bila-bila masa.
◾ Hari ini (11 November 2025) pukul 1.30 petang, Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Phoynok, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, turun padang melawat anggota tentera di Divisyen Pembangunan Ke-4, Kem Rattnaphon, Daerah Khlong Hoi Khong, Wilayah Songkhla.
Beliau dengar taklimat tentang kerja dan bagi arahan serta nasihat kepada pegawai dan anggota tentera. Semua pegawai dan anggota sambut dan turut serta dalam mesyuarat itu.
◾ Lepas itu, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 dan rombongan pergi ke pusat latihan rekrut baru. Beliau dengar taklimat tentang pelan latihan dan berjumpa dengan jurulatih serta askar baru. Panglima pesan supaya latihan dibuat ikut piawaian yang ditetapkan dan jurulatih mesti jaga rekrut baru elok-elok sebab mereka ibarat adik kecil dalam tentera darat.
Beliau juga ingatkan tentang keselamatan, terutama penyakit sebab cuaca panas dan kecederaan masa latihan — jangan sampai ada kemalangan atau kehilangan nyawa.
◾ Lepas selesai lawatan di pusat latihan, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 dan rombongan pergi periksa pasukan bantuan bencana di Divisyen Pembangunan Ke-4. Beliau jadi pengerusi semakan kesiapsiagaan, beri semangat kepada anggota, dan tengok demo penggunaan peralatan. Panglima puji pasukan sebab bersiap sedia bantu rakyat bila ada bencana atau kesusahan — selaras dengan semangat tentera darat yang mahu jadi tempat rakyat bergantung bila perlu.
Beliau juga tekankan supaya semua anggota sentiasa bersedia hadapi apa jua keadaan dengan cekap dan berdisiplin.

⚫️ The Fourth Army Area Commander Visits the 4th Development Division, Rattnaphon Camp, Emphasizing Readiness to Assist the People at All Times
◾ On 11 November 2025, at 1:30 p.m., Lieutenant General Norathip Phoinok, Commander of the Fourth Army Area / Director of the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4, together with his delegation, visited the 4th Development Division, Rattnaphon Camp, Khlong Hoi Khong District, Songkhla Province.
The visit included a briefing on the unit’s operational performance, after which the Commander provided policy guidance and directions for future operations. Senior officers and personnel warmly welcomed the delegation and attended the meeting.
◾ Subsequently, Lieutenant General Norathip Phoinok and his team proceeded to the new recruit training unit of the 4th Development Division. There, he was briefed on the training plan before meeting with trainers and newly enlisted soldiers. The Commander emphasized that training must be conducted in strict accordance with the standards prescribed by higher headquarters and urged all instructors to take good care of the new recruits, considering them as the younger brothers of the Royal Thai Army.
He also stressed the importance of safety, particularly the prevention of heat-related illnesses and injuries during training, underscoring that no loss of life or serious incident should ever occur under any circumstance.
◾ After completing the visit to the new recruit training unit, the Fourth Army Area Commander and his delegation presided over the readiness inspection of the Disaster Relief Company of the 4th Development Division. The Commander delivered a motivational address and observed demonstrations of various equipment and operational capabilities.
Lieutenant General Norathip commended the unit for its readiness and commitment to supporting and alleviating the hardships of the people, which aligns with the Royal Thai Army’s principle that “Soldiers stand ready to be the people’s reliance at all times.”
He further emphasized that every soldier must maintain a constant state of preparedness to respond effectively to any situation that may arise.
