📅 วันนี้ (8 พฤษภาคม 2568) เวลา 07.00 น. พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฝึกจิตอาสา ภาค 4 เป็นประธานในพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรจิตอาสา 904 "หลักสูตรพื้นฐาน" (ภาค 4) รุ่นที่ 5 ประจำปี 2568 โดยมี นายวิชาญ ชัยเศรษฐสัมพันธ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนราธิวาส ร่วมต้อนรับ ณ ศูนย์ฝึกจิตอาสา ภาค 4 ณ ค่ายจุฬาภรณ์ ตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส สำหรับการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรจิตอาสา 904 “หลักสูตรพื้นฐาน” (ภาค 4) รุ่นที่ 5 ประจำปี 2568 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22 เมษายน ถึงวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2568 รวมระยะเวลา 17 วัน โดยคัดเลือกเยาวชน และนักเรียนเข้ารับการอบรม จำนวน 87 คน และผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม จำนวน 113 คน จากข้าราชการ และประชาชน ในพื้นที่ 14 จังหวัดภาคใต้ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม สามารถเป็นแกนนำในการทำกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์ ในลักษณะการเป็นจิตอาสา สร้างผู้นำที่มีความเสียสละ มีระเบียบวินัย รู้จักหน้าที่ และมีจิตสาธารณะเป็นเครือข่ายจิตอาสาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน โดยประสานความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน
🩷 ทั้งนี้ ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรจิตอาสา 904 รุ่นที่ 5 ทั้ง 200 คน ได้เข้ารับประกาศนียบัตร พร้อมเครื่องหมายหลักสูตรจิตอาสา 904 “หลักสูตรพื้นฐาน” เบื้องหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว โดยหลังจากนี้จะมีภารกิจทำหน้าที่เป็นจิตอาสา 904 ในการสร้างความรัก ความสามัคคี เทิดทูนสถาบันหลักของชาติ เป็นแกนนำให้กับจิตอาสาทั่วไป โดยทำหน้าที่จิตอาสา 3 ประเภท คือ จิตอาสาพัฒนา , จิตอาสาภัยพิบัติจิตอาสาเฉพาะกิจ เพื่อเป็นที่พึ่งของประชาชน และสร้างความร่วมมือในการทำประโยชน์เพื่อส่วนรวม อีกทั้งน้อมนำพระราโชบายของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ในการสืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอด โครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ รวมทั้งแนวทางพระราชดำริต่าง ๆ ของพระบาทสมเด็จ พระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ไปถ่ายทอดให้กับประชาชน หน่วยงาน ให้มีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น เพื่อช่วยกันพัฒนาประเทศให้เจริญก้าวหน้าต่อไป ตามดังพระราชปณิธาน ความว่า “ประเทศชาติมั่นคง ประชาชนมีความสุข แก้ไขในสิ่งผิด สืบสานในพระราชปณิธาน ภายใต้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง”

📅 Hari ini (8 Mei 2568) pada jam 07.00 pagi, Leftenan Jeneral Paisan Nusang, Panglima Tentera Darat Wilayah Ke-4 merangkap Pengarah Pusat Latihan Jit Asa Wilayah 4, telah mempengerusikan majlis penutupan latihan kursus Jit Asa 904 "Kursus Asas" (Wilayah 4) Siri ke-5 Tahun 2568. Majlis dihadiri oleh Encik Wichan Chaisetsumpan, Timbalan Gabenor Wilayah Narathiwat, bertempat di Pusat Latihan Jit Asa Wilayah 4, Kem Chulabhorn, Mukim Kok Kian, Daerah Mueang Narathiwat.
Latihan kursus Jit Asa 904 "Kursus Asas" (Wilayah 4) Siri ke-5 telah diadakan dari 22 April hingga 8 Mei 2568, selama 17 hari. Seramai 87 orang belia dan pelajar serta 113 orang yang layak dari kalangan penjawat awam dan orang awam dari 14 wilayah di Selatan telah dipilih untuk menyertai latihan ini. Tujuan latihan ini adalah untuk melahirkan pemimpin sukarelawan yang berdisiplin, bertanggungjawab, dan mempunyai semangat khidmat masyarakat, membentuk rangkaian Jit Asa dalam menyelesaikan masalah rakyat dengan kerjasama sektor awam dan swasta.
🩷 Kesemua 200 peserta yang berjaya menamatkan kursus Jit Asa 904 Siri ke-5 telah menerima sijil tamat kursus dan lencana rasmi di hadapan potret Diraja Raja Thailand. Selepas ini, mereka akan menjalankan tugas sebagai Jit Asa 904 dalam memupuk kasih sayang, perpaduan, dan menjunjung tinggi institusi utama negara. Mereka juga akan memimpin sukarelawan lain dalam tiga bidang: pembangunan, bantuan bencana, dan tugasan khas, demi menjadi harapan masyarakat dan bekerjasama dalam usaha untuk kebaikan bersama. Tambahan pula, mereka akan menyampaikan dasar dan projek diraja yang diwarisi dari Raja Bhumibol Adulyadej dan Raja sekarang untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat dan membangunkan negara mengikut titah diraja: “Negara stabil, rakyat bahagia, membetulkan yang salah, meneruskan titah diraja di bawah prinsip ekonomi mencukupi.”

💛💙 The 4th Army Region Commander Closes the Volunteer Spirit 904 Basic Training Course (Region 4), Class 5, Year 2025 in Narathiwat Province 💙💛
📅 Today (May 8, 2025), at 07:00 AM, Lieutenant General Paisan Nusang, Commander of the 4th Army Region and Director of the Volunteer Spirit Training Center, Region 4, presided over the closing ceremony of the Volunteer Spirit 904 "Basic Training Course" (Region 4), Class 5, Year 2025. The event was attended by Mr. Wichan Chaisetsumpan, Deputy Governor of Narathiwat Province, at the Volunteer Spirit Training Center, Region 4, located at Chulabhorn Camp, Kok Kian Subdistrict, Mueang Narathiwat District.
The Volunteer Spirit 904 “Basic Training Course” (Region 4), Class 5, Year 2025 was held from April 22 to May 8, 2025, lasting 17 days. A total of 87 youths and students, along with 113 qualified individuals including civil servants and members of the public from 14 southern provinces, were selected to undergo the training. The objective was to develop them into leaders who can organize volunteer public service activities — selfless, disciplined, responsible individuals with a strong sense of civic duty, who will form a network of volunteers to help resolve public hardships in cooperation with both the public and private sectors.
🩷 All 200 graduates of the Volunteer Spirit 904, Class 5, received certificates and official Volunteer Spirit 904 "Basic Training Course" badges in front of the royal portrait of His Majesty the King. From now on, they will serve as Volunteer Spirit 904 personnel, fostering love, unity, and loyalty to the nation’s core institutions. They will act as role models for other volunteers in three key areas: development, disaster response, and special missions — becoming a pillar of support for communities and promoting cooperation for the greater good.
Additionally, they will carry forward His Majesty the King's royal initiatives, preserving and extending projects inspired by royal guidance, as well as those of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, to improve the well-being of citizens and public organizations, helping the nation advance in accordance with the royal aspiration: “A stable nation, a happy people — correcting what is wrong, and continuing the royal initiatives under the philosophy of sufficiency economy.”
