📅 วันนี้ (27 มีนาคม 2568) เวลา 14.30 น. ที่แหล่งสมาคมนายทหารสัญญาบัตรกองพลทหารราบที่ 15 ค่ายสมเด็จพระสุริโยทัย ตำบลบ่อทอง อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 เป็นประธานประชุมหน่วยขึ้นตรงกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ประจำเดือนมีนาคม 2568 เพื่อติดตามการปฎิบัติงาน กำชับกำลังพลคิดวิเคราะห์ ไม่ประมาทร่วมบูรณาการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ โดยมี พลเอก มณี จันทร์ทิพย์ ที่ปรึกษาผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 / เลขาธิการศูนย์พัฒนาและส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ / นายกสมาคมเพื่อความมั่นคงพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, พลตรี วรเดช เดชรักษา รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / รองผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า ,คณะผู้บังคับบัญชา พร้อมด้วยผู้บัญชาการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการตำรวจจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, เลขาธิการศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, ผู้บังคับกองบังคับการควบคุมกองอาสารักษาดินแดนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้, ผู้บังคับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจจังหวัด, ผู้แทนฝ่ายอำนวยการของกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ พลเรือน เข้าร่วมประชุมฯ
📌 โอกาสนี้ พลโท ไพศาล หนูสังข์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 กำชับให้ทุกภาคส่วนบูรณาการทำงานเน้นการวิเคราะห์ ห้ามประมาท หลังพบกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุรุนแรงยังคงพยายามสร้างสถานการณ์ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่และกลุ่มเปราะบางโดยเฉพาะพี่น้องประชาชนผู้บริสุทธิ์ต่อเนื่อง หมั่นทบทวนและซักซ้อมแผนเผชิญเหตุอยู่เสมอ เน้นการปฏิบัติให้รัดกุม และทุกฐานปฏิบัติการต้อง มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยเข้มงวด ควบคู่การดูแล อำนวยความสะดวกพี่น้องประชาชน ในห้วงเทศกาลสำคัญที่จะถึงนี้ ขอความร่วมมือสร้างความเข้าใจกับผู้นำท้องที่ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และ แบ่งโซนรับผิดชอบดูแลความปลอดภัยอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ เพื่อร่วมกันดูแลพื้นที่ให้ปลอดเหตุปลอดภัย
📝 อย่างไรก็ตาม ที่ประชุมได้หารือและรับนโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาข้อขัดข้อง ข้อเสนอแนะ แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานในอนาคต เพื่อไม่ให้ตกเป็นเป้าหมายของกลุ่มผู้ไม่หวังดี ที่อาจเข้ามาสร้างสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่ได้ ตลอดจนร่วมกันหาแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานให้มี ประสิทธิภาพครอบคลุมทุกมิติ โดยเฉพาะหน่วยเฉพาะกิจสันติสุข ต้องเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเป็นพี่เลี้ยงเสริมทักษะการดูพิทักษ์กำลังพล ควบคู่กับการดูแลประชาชนให้ปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินให้มีประสิทธิภาพรับมือทันท่วงทีในทุกสถานการณ์

💂 Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 memberi arahan kepada anggota tentera untuk memanfaatkan potensi mereka dalam meningkatkan kemampuan A.S. Jajahan Selatan untuk menjaga kampung halaman. Beliau menegaskan bahawa anggota tentera perlu menyesuaikan rancangan menghadapi kecemasan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan ketenteraman rakyat sepanjang setiap perayaan.
📅 Hari ini (27 Mac 2568) pada pukul 2.30 petang di persatuan pegawai tentera terlatih Briged Infantri Ke-15 Kem Somdet Phra Suriyothai, Kampung Bo Thong, Daerah Nongjik, Negeri Pattani, Jeneral Phisan Noosang, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, mempengerusikan mesyuarat unit-unit bawah markas Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4 bagi bulan Mac 2568 untuk memantau prestasi operasi dan memberi arahan kepada anggota tentera untuk berfikir secara analitik, tidak mengambil mudah, dan bekerjasama dalam menyelesaikan masalah di kawasan tersebut. Hadir bersama beliau ialah Jeneral Manee Chanthip, Penasihat Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4 / Setiausaha Pusat Pembangunan dan Promosi Agama Buddha Wilayah Sempadan Selatan / Presiden Persatuan Keselamatan Agama Buddha Wilayah Sempadan Selatan, Brigedier Jeneral Woradet Decharaksa, Timbalan Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Timbalan Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Negeri Wilayah Ke-4, bersama-sama pegawai tinggi tentera, polis, dan pegawai kerajaan lain yang turut serta dalam mesyuarat ini.
📌 Dalam mesyuarat tersebut, Jeneral Phisan Noosang menekankan agar semua pihak bekerjasama dalam menjalankan operasi dengan memberi penekanan kepada analisis dan kewaspadaan. Beliau mengingatkan bahawa kumpulan yang melakukan keganasan masih berusaha mencetuskan kekacauan terhadap pihak berkuasa dan kumpulan yang terdedah, terutamanya rakyat yang tidak bersalah. Setiap pasukan di setiap operasi perlu sentiasa mengkaji dan menyemak pelan menghadapi kecemasan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan keselesaan rakyat sepanjang perayaan yang akan datang. Beliau juga meminta kerjasama dalam menjalin hubungan dengan pemimpin setempat untuk memastikan keselamatan sepanjang tempoh perayaan dan mengambil langkah-langkah keselamatan yang ketat.
📝 Mesyuarat tersebut juga membincangkan dasar penyelesaian masalah, cadangan, dan cara-cara untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan operasi masa depan, supaya tidak menjadi sasaran kepada pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang mungkin mencetuskan kekacauan di kawasan tersebut. Bersama-sama, mereka mencari pendekatan yang lebih berkesan untuk menangani setiap cabaran, terutama dalam unit-unit Santi Suk, yang perlu memperkukuhkan latihan dalam melindungi anggota dan memastikan keselamatan rakyat dengan lebih cekap dan berkesan dalam setiap situasi.

📅 Today (March 27, 2568) at 2:30 PM, at the Officers’ Club of the 15th Infantry Division, Somdet Phra Suriyothai Camp, Bo Thong Subdistrict, Nongjik District, Pattani Province, General Phisan Noosang, Commander of the 4th Army Region / Director of Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) of the 4th Army Region, chaired the monthly meeting for the ISOC units under the 4th Army Region. The meeting aimed to follow up on operations and to urge personnel to think analytically, avoid complacency, and integrate efforts to resolve problems in the region. The meeting was attended by General Manee Chanthip, Advisor to the Director of Internal Security Operations of the 4th Army Region / Secretary of the Southern Border Provinces Buddhist Promotion and Development Center / President of the Southern Border Provinces Buddhist Security Association, Brigadier General Woradet Decharaksa, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Region / Deputy Director of Internal Security Operations for the 4th Army Region, as well as senior commanders, the Commander of the Southern Border Police Operations Center, the Secretary of the Southern Border Provincial Administration Center, the Commander of the Southern Border Defense Volunteers, the Commander of Special Task Forces in the provinces, representatives of the ISOC and other military, police, and civil leaders.
