💧🤝 “Tentera tidak meninggalkan rakyat” – Baiki sistem air gunung, legakan kesusahan penduduk Kahlong, salurkan air bersih secara menyeluruh
Pada 27 April 2569, anggota Kompeni Renjer 4909 di bawah Pasukan Petugas Khas Rejimen Renjer 49, bersama pegawai Unit Perlindungan Mukim Kahlong, telah turun padang untuk membaiki sistem bekalan air gunung di empangan kecil (weir) Kampung Kahlong, Mukim Kahlong, Daerah Si Sakhon, Wilayah Narathiwat. Projek ini merupakan sebahagian daripada inisiatif berasaskan titah diraja, bertujuan memulihkan sistem air supaya kembali berfungsi dengan cekap, mengurangkan kesusahan penduduk, serta memastikan bekalan air mencukupi untuk kegunaan harian dan minuman khususnya pada musim panas.
Pelaksanaan operasi ini mencerminkan kerjasama semua pihak dalam menjaga kemudahan asas awam, memperkukuh komuniti, dan meneruskan hasrat meningkatkan kualiti hidup rakyat secara mampan. Ia berlandaskan konsep Memahami, Mendekati, Membangunkan, serta sentiasa bersedia membantu rakyat dalam setiap keadaan.
Kesusahan rakyat tidak boleh ditangguhkan — oleh itu pihak tentera sentiasa bersedia untuk turun membantu dengan segera. Ini juga selaras dengan dasar Tentera Darat dalam menjaga kebajikan dan kehidupan rakyat secara dekat dan berterusan.

💧🤝 “The military does not abandon the people.” Urgent repairs to mountain water supply system to alleviate hardship in Kalong subdistrict and ensure equitable access to clean water for the community.
On April 27, 2026, personnel from the 4909th Ranger Company, 49th Ranger Regiment Task Force, along with officers from the Kalong Subdistrict Protection Unit, repaired the mountain water supply system at the Kalong village weir in Kalong Subdistrict, Srisakorn District, Narathiwat Province. This project, initiated under the Royal Initiative, aims to restore the water system to efficient operation, alleviate hardship, and ensure sufficient water for consumption and daily use during the hot season.
This field visit demonstrates the cooperation of all sectors in maintaining basic infrastructure, strengthening communities, and continuing the commitment to sustainably improve the quality of life for the people. Under the concept of understanding, accessing, and developing, and being ready to assist the people in all situations, the suffering of the people cannot wait. Therefore, we are ready to reach out and help immediately. This is also in line with the Royal Thai Army's policy of closely monitoring the well-being of the people.
