ที่ผ่านมา โดยในคดีนี้มีจำเลยรวม 6 ราย ถูกฟ้องในความผิดฐานก่อการร้าย,
อั่งยี่, ซ่องโจร, ร่วมกันฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อน

และได้ร่วมกันลงมือก่อเหตุในคดีนี้
