🎏 กองทัพภาคที่ 4 และกองทัพเรือภาคที่ 2 ร่วมปล่อยขบวนรถขบวนรถ AWAV 8x8 นำถุงยังชีพ มุ่งสู่พื้นที่เขต 8 บริเวณถนนราษฎร์อุทิศ และโชคสมาน อำเภอหาดใหญ่ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่อุทกภัยขั้นวิกฤต
◾️ วันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 22.30 น. ที่ศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัยกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ส่วนหน้า ค่ายเสนาณรงค์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมด้วย คณะผู้บังคับบัญชา จากกองทัพเรือภาคที่ 2 ปล่อยขบวนรถ AWAV 8x8 หรือรถสะเทินน้ำสะเทินบก นำถุงยังชีพ ข้าวกล่อง น้ำดื่ม และของใช้จำเป็นแจกจ่ายให้กับพี่น้องประชาชนที่ประสบอุทกภัย บริเวณถนนราษฎร์อุทิศ และโชคสมาน ในพื้นที่ของเขต 8 อำเภอหาดใหญ่ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่ประสบอุทกภัยขั้นวิกฤต
◾️ ด้าน นางสาวรุ่งญาดา สุขเอียด ซึ่งเป็นประชาชนในพื้นที่ ที่อาสานำทางและชี้จุดให้ความช่วยเหลือ เปิดเผยว่า การเข้าถึงและให้ความช่วยเหลือในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวเป็นไปได้ยาก เนื่องจากก่อนหน้านี้ มีระดับน้ำท่วมสูงสุดถึงประมาณ 4 เมตร เมื่อระดับน้ำเริ่มลดลง จึงสามารถนำความช่วยเหลือเข้าพื้นที่เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนได้ และกล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า รู้สึกขอบคุณทหารและกองทัพ ที่ไม่ทอดทิ้งประชาชน และนำเครื่องมือจากกองทัพเข้ามาช่วยเหลือ ทำให้เกิดประโยชน์กับพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้เป็นภาพสะท้อน และเป็นคำตอบต่อคำถามหลายคนที่สงสัยว่า “มีทหารไว้ทำไม” คำตอบ คือ “มีทหารไว้เพื่อ เคียงข้าง ปกป้อง และช่วยเหลือประชาชน”
◾️ ทั้งนี้ กองทัพเรือได้สนับสนุนรถ AWAV 8x8 จำนวน 4 คัน ในการลงพื้นที่ ซึ่งเป็นยานเกราะสะเทินน้ำสะเทินบกที่ผลิตโดยบริษัทชัยเสรีของ นางนพรัตน์ กุลหิรัญ หรือมาดามรถถัง รถคันนี้ถูกออกแบบให้วิ่งได้ทั้งบนถนนและในทะเลที่มีคลื่นระดับหนึ่ง ดังนั้น สภาพน้ำแบบที่กำลังเจอในพื้นที่วิกฤติของอำเภอหาดใหญ่ จึงเหมาะสมที่จะใช้รถคันนี้ ในการส่งต่อความช่วยเหลือและเข้าถึงประชาชนได้อย่างทันท่วงที

◾️ Pada 27 November 2568, jam 22.30 di Pusat Bantuan Bencana Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 Hadapan, Kem Senanarong, Daerah Hat Yai, Wilayah Songkhla, Leftenan Jeneral Narathip Phoynok, Panglima Tentera Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah Keselamatan Dalam Wilayah Ke-4, bersama pegawai dari Tentera Laut Wilayah Ke-2 melancarkan konvoi kenderaan AWAV 8x8 atau kenderaan amfibia untuk membawa pek bantuan, bekalan makanan siap sedia, air minuman, dan keperluan asas bagi diedarkan kepada penduduk yang terkesan banjir di Jalan Ratuthit dan Choksaman, Zon 8, Daerah Hat Yai, kawasan yang mengalami banjir kritikal.
◾️ Rungyada Sukitid, seorang penduduk tempatan yang menjadi sukarelawan untuk menunjukkan laluan bantuan, berkata bahawa akses ke kawasan tersebut sukar kerana paras air pernah mencecah kira-kira 4 meter. Setelah paras air menurun, bantuan dapat dihantar untuk meringankan kesusahan penduduk. Beliau juga menyatakan rasa terima kasih kepada tentera dan pihak tentera kerana tidak meninggalkan rakyat, malah menggunakan peralatan tentera untuk membantu, yang benar-benar memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat. Ini juga menjawab persoalan ramai yang bertanya, “Mengapa kita perlu tentera?” Jawapannya adalah: “Tentera ada untuk berdiri bersama, melindungi, dan membantu rakyat.”

Kenderaan ini direka untuk bergerak di jalan raya dan di laut dengan ombak sederhana. Oleh itu, ia sangat sesuai digunakan untuk menghantar bantuan dan mencapai penduduk di kawasan kritikal Hat Yai dengan segera.

◾️ On 27 November 2025 at 10:30 p.m., at the Fourth Army Region Forward Disaster Relief Center, Senanarong Camp, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, Lieutenant General Narathip Phoynok, Commander of the Fourth Army Region / Director of Internal Security in Region 4, together with commanding officers from the Second Naval Area Command, launched a convoy of AWAV 8x8 amphibious vehicles carrying relief packages, ready-to-eat meals, drinking water, and essential supplies to be distributed to residents affected by floods along Ratuthit and Choksaman Roads in Zone 8, Hat Yai District, one of the most critically impacted flood zones.
◾️ Ms. Rungyada Sukitid, a local resident who volunteered to guide and indicate points for aid distribution, stated that access to these areas had been extremely difficult due to previous flood levels reaching approximately 4 meters. Once the water levels began to recede, relief efforts could reach the area to alleviate residents’ hardships. She also expressed her gratitude to the military for not abandoning the people and for utilizing military resources to provide assistance, which truly benefited the community. This reflects the answer to the common question, “Why do we need the military?” The answer is: “The military exists to stand by, protect, and assist the people.”
