☘️ วันนี้ (10 ตุลาคม 2569) เวลา 15.45 น. ที่ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจปัตตานี กองพลทหารราบที่ 15 ค่ายสมเด็จพระสุริโยทัย อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี คณะมวลชน องค์กรภาคประชาชนเพื่อสันติและเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (กลุ่มเสื้อเขียว) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และสี่อำเภอของจังหวัดสงขลา เข้าพบ พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 พร้อมคณะผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ พร้อมแนะนำตัวหารือการขับเคลื่อนการแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

📙 ด้าน พลโท นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 / ผู้อำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 กล่าวชื่นชมความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจ และความเสียสละ ขอบคุณน้ำใจ มิตรไมตรี ของพี่น้องมวลชนเสื้อเขียวที่มอบให้เจ้าหน้าที่ด้วยดีเสมอมา พร้อมชื่นชม 5 ยุทธศาสตร์ของการดำเนินการขับเคลื่อนต่อเนื่องใน 290 ศูนย์ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางในการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ องค์ความรู้ สร้างรายได้ พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นแก่พี่น้องในพื้นที่ พัฒนาต่อยอดให้เข้าถึงทุกหมู่บ้าน โดยเฉพาะการทำให้ชุมชนเชื่อมั่นในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ ดังนั้นในปีนี้จึงต้องการให้หน่วยงานและผู้นำท้องที่ กำนัน ลงพื้นที่พบปะพี่น้องประชาชน ให้ช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในภาค 4 ส่วนหน้า พร้อมให้การช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนในทันทีเมื่อได้รับการประสานร้องขอ หากมีคำแนะนำสิ่งใดขอให้แจ้งแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ได้เสมอ เพื่อพี่น้องประชาชน “กินดี กินอิ่ม นอนอุ่น ”
📘 ทั้งนี้ องค์กรภาคประชาชนเพื่อสันติ และเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (กลุ่มเสื้อเขียว) คือแบบอย่างขององค์กรภาคประชาชนที่ดี ในการสะท้อนปัญหาและร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับพี่น้องประชาชนตรงความต้องการในทุกชุมชน ทุกหมู่บ้าน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์กับพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง สามารถพัฒนา ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผ่านกิจกรรมและโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ซึ่งเกิดจากพลังความร่วมมือ ความสามัคคีและความรักของคนในชุมชน ที่อยู่ร่วมกันภายใต้สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมที่เข้มแข็ง

🌺 Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 jumpa dengan Kumpulan Baju Hijau – Puji usaha, pengorbanan dan komitmen jaga kampung halaman dengan baik
☘️ Hari ini (10 Oktober 2569), jam 15.45 petang, di Unit Khas Wilayah Pattani, Divisyen Infantri ke-15, Kem Somdet Phra Suriyothai, Daerah Nong Chik, Wilayah Pattani – wakil dari kumpulan masyarakat dan NGO Baju Hijau dari wilayah sempadan Selatan dan 4 daerah di Songkhla telah datang jumpa dengan Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poyanok, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4 / Pengarah ISOC Wilayah Ke-4.
Tujuan lawatan ini adalah untuk ucap tahniah atas pelantikan jawatan baru beliau, serta bincang bagaimana nak terus bantu selesaikan masalah di wilayah sempadan Selatan.
✅ Encik Sombun Jitphen, Pengerusi NGO Aman dan Ekonomi Cukup Makan Wilayah Narathiwat, wakil Kumpulan Baju Hijau, ucap tahniah dan terima kasih kepada ISOC Wilayah Ke-4 kerana selalu bantu dan sokong usaha rakyat selama ini. Hubungan antara pihak tentera dan kumpulan masyarakat ini dah macam satu keluarga.
Beliau juga harap kerjasama ini akan terus berjalan supaya boleh bantu bawa keamanan yang sebenar ke seluruh kampung dan masyarakat di wilayah ini.
📙 Leftenan Jeneral Norathip Poyanok, Panglima Wilayah Ke-4, memuji usaha, kesungguhan dan pengorbanan rakyat, khususnya kumpulan Baju Hijau, yang selalu sokong dan beri semangat kepada pihak keselamatan.
Beliau juga puji 5 strategi utama yang sedang dijalankan di 290 pusat pembangunan masyarakat – tempat untuk ajar kemahiran, cari rezeki, tambah ilmu, dan naik taraf kehidupan orang kampung. Beliau nak semua kampung boleh capai faedah ni.
Beliau juga minta agar ketua kampung, penghulu dan pemimpin tempatan turun padang selalu, bantu rakyat secara terus. ISOC Wilayah Ke-4 sedia bantu bila-bila masa kalau ada aduan atau permintaan.
Matlamat utama ialah supaya rakyat “makan cukup, tidur selesa, hidup bahagia”.
📘 Kumpulan Baju Hijau ni adalah contoh NGO rakyat yang berjaya – bantu suara rakyat, selesaikan masalah, dan jalankan aktiviti yang ikut panduan projek diraja. Semua ni lahir daripada semangat kerjasama, kasih sayang dan perpaduan masyarakat pelbagai budaya yang hidup aman bersama.

🌺 The Fourth Army Region Commander Meets with the "Green Shirt" Group, Commends Their Dedication and Sacrifice in Caring for Their Homeland
☘️ On October 10, 2026, at 3:45 p.m., at the Pattani Task Force, 15th Infantry Division, Somdet Phra Suriyothai Camp, Nong Chik District, Pattani Province, representatives from the People's Organization for Peace and Sufficiency Economy (commonly known as the "Green Shirt" group) from the southern border provinces and four districts of Songkhla Province paid a courtesy visit to Lieutenant General Norathip Poyanok, Commander of the Fourth Army Region and Director of Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 (ISOC Region 4), along with his executive team.
The purpose of the visit was to extend congratulations on his recent appointment and to introduce themselves while discussing strategies for addressing ongoing issues in the southern border provinces.
✅ Mr. Sombun Jitphen, President of the People's Organization for Peace and Sufficiency Economy, Narathiwat Province, and representative of the Green Shirt group, expressed his congratulations and gratitude to ISOC Region 4 Forward Command for their consistent support. He emphasized the strong working relationship and mutual familiarity developed over time, likening it to that of a close-knit family. He further expressed his hope that ISOC Region 4 will continue to support the group’s activities as a collaborative effort toward achieving lasting peace in the southern border region.
📙 Lieutenant General Norathip Poyanok, Commander of the Fourth Army Region and Director of ISOC Region 4, commended the group for their unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and continued goodwill toward the officials. He also praised the group’s ongoing implementation of five strategic approaches across 290 community centers that serve as hubs for vocational training, knowledge development, income generation, and the enhancement of local quality of life.
He emphasized the need to expand these initiatives to reach every village, with a particular focus on fostering public trust in government operations. In the coming year, he urged local authorities, including subdistrict and village leaders, to engage with the public more frequently and actively support local initiatives. ISOC Region 4 Forward Command stands ready to provide assistance promptly upon request and welcomes feedback and recommendations from the public to ensure that all citizens can “eat well, live well, and sleep peacefully.”
