📝 จากกรณีเมื่อวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางกล่ำ อำเภอบางกล่ำ จังหวัดสงขลา ตรวจพบและตรวจยึด ลูกกระสุนปืนขนาด 40 มิลลิเมตร ภายในพัสดุของบริษัทขนส่งสินค้าเอกชน ซึ่งได้รับแจ้งว่าพบขณะคัดแยกสิ่งของเพื่อจัดส่ง โดยมี ผู้ส่งจาก จังหวัดนราธิวาส ไปยังอำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ตามที่ปรากฏเป็นข่าวก่อนหน้านี้ นั้น
⏰ ล่าสุด เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถควบคุมตัว นายกีซัม วุธางกูร ซึ่งให้การรับสารภาพว่า เป็นผู้จัดส่งลูกกระสุนดังกล่าว โดยได้เชิญตัวเข้าสู่กระบวนการซักถาม เพื่อขยายผลหาผู้ร่วมขบวนการเพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้จากการให้การเบื้องต้น ได้ข้อมูล ดังนี้ 👇👇
📔 เมื่อช่วง เดือนกรกฎาคม – สิงหาคม 2568 นายกีซัมฯ ได้รับการติดต่อจากบุคคลรายหนึ่ง ที่รู้จักกันมาก่อนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ว่ามีความต้องการจัดหาลูกกระสุนปืนขนาด 40 มิลลิเมตร นายกีซัมฯ จึงติดต่อไปยังผู้จัดหารายหนึ่ง เพื่อดำเนินการจัดหาให้ โดยตกลงราคาซื้อขายกันผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
📒 ต่อมา วันที่ 14 ตุลาคม 2568 ผู้จัดหารายดังกล่าวแจ้งว่าสามารถจัดหาลูกกระสุนได้แล้ว แต่ยังไม่สะดวกส่งมอบของ จนกระทั่งวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ได้มีการนัดหมายให้ไปรับของที่บริเวณร้านสะดวกซื้อ ภายในสถานีบริการน้ำมัน แยกมลายู-บางกอก ตำบลสะเตงนอก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา ในช่วงเวลาประมาณใกล้เที่ยงคืน
🚚 โดยก่อนเดินทางไปรับของ นายกีซัมฯ ได้ติดต่อกลับไปยังผู้ว่าจ้าง เพื่อแจ้งราคาลูกกระสุนและขอให้โอนเงินค่าซื้อขายเข้าบัญชีของญาติ จากนั้นนายกีซัมฯ จึงเดินทางไปรับของตามนัด และได้โอนเงินให้ผู้จัดหาผ่านบัญชีธนาคารแห่งหนึ่ง ก่อนนำลูกกระสุนกลับมาที่บ้านพักในจังหวัดนราธิวาส
📙 ต่อมาในวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2568 นายกีซัมฯ ได้นำลูกกระสุนดังกล่าว บรรจุพัสดุและส่งผ่านบริษัทขนส่งเอกชน โดยใช้ชื่อและที่อยู่ปลอมทั้งผู้ส่งและผู้รับ รวมทั้งหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ซื้อล่วงหน้าผ่านระบบออนไลน์ เพื่อปกปิดตัวตนและติดตามการจัดส่งพัสดุด้วยตนเอง
📍 ต่อมาในวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2568 ระหว่างที่นายกีซัมฯ เดินทางไปทำธุระส่วนตัว ในพื้นที่อำเภอหนองจิก จังหวัดปัตตานี เจ้าหน้าที่ทหารได้แสดงตัวเข้าควบคุม และนำตัวไปยังค่ายอิงคยุทธบริหาร เพื่อดำเนินการซักถามเบื้องต้น ก่อนส่งต่อไปยัง ศูนย์ซักถาม หน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 46 เพื่อดำเนินกรรมวิธีซักถามเชิงลึก และขยายผลทางคดีต่อไป
📘 จากการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าลูกกระสุนล็อตดังกล่าวไม่ได้อยู่ในบัญชีสิ่งอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในกองทัพบก โดยขณะนี้เจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการสอบสวนเชิงลึก เพื่อสืบหาผู้ร่วมขบวนการเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาว่ามาจากแหล่งใด เพื่อดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของกฎหมายอย่างรอบคอบและโปร่งใส

📌 ทั้งนี้ ขอเน้นย้ำว่า การให้การสนับสนุนหรือช่วยเหลือผู้กระทำผิดในลักษณะใด ๆ ก็ตาม เช่น การนำพาหลบหนี การให้ที่พักพิง หรือการสนับสนุนด้านเสบียงอาหาร ถือเป็นความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 189 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

📝 Kejadian berlaku pada 21 Oktober 2025, bila polis dari Balai Polis Bang Klam jumpa satu peluru 40 mm dalam bungkusan syarikat penghantaran barang. Barang tu dihantar dari Narathiwat ke Mae Sot, Tak.
⏰ Terbaru, pihak berkuasa dah tangkap Encik Gizam Wuthangkur, yang mengaku dia lah orang yang hantar peluru tu. Sekarang dia sedang disoal siasat untuk cari siapa lagi terlibat. Dari soal siasat awal, dapat tahu macam ni 👇👇
📔 Dalam bulan Julai – Ogos 2025, Encik Gizam dapat mesej dari seorang yang dia kenal dalam media sosial, nak cari peluru 40 mm. Gizam pun cari orang yang boleh dapatkan peluru tu, dan mereka buat urusan jual beli secara online.
📒 Pada 14 Oktober 2025, orang yang tolong cari peluru tu bagitahu dah dapat barang, tapi belum boleh bagi. Lepas tu pada 20 Oktober 2025, mereka janji nak serah barang di kedai serbaneka dekat stesen minyak simpang Melayu-Bangkok, Yala, tengah malam lebih kurang.
🚚 Sebelum pergi ambil, Gizam minta orang yang upah dia masuk duit dalam akaun saudara dia. Lepas tu dia pun pergi ambil peluru tu dan bayar orang tengah melalui bank. Lepas tu bawa balik peluru tu ke rumah dia di Narathiwat.
📙 Pada 21 Oktober 2025, dia bungkus peluru dalam kotak dan hantar melalui syarikat penghantaran. Dia guna nama dan alamat palsu untuk pengirim dan penerima, serta nombor telefon yang beli online, supaya tak kena kesan.
📍 Pada 22 Oktober 2025, masa Gizam pergi urusan peribadi di daerah Nong Chik, Pattani, askar tahan dia dan bawa ke Kem Ingkhayut Borihan untuk soal siasat awal. Lepas tu hantar ke Pusat Soal Siasat Pasukan Khas Rejimen Renjer 46 untuk siasatan lanjut.
📘 Dari siasatan awal, peluru yang dijumpai bukan daripada senarai senjata tentera. Sekarang pihak berkuasa tengah siasat lebih dalam nak tahu siapa lagi terlibat dan peluru tu datang dari mana.
🚨 ISOC Wilayah 4 Depan ucap terima kasih kepada rakyat yang bantu pantau keadaan. Kalau nampak orang atau benda mencurigakan, boleh lapor ke 📞 Talian Panas 1341 atau lapor kepada Pasukan Khas di daerah masing-masing 24 jam.
📌 ISOC juga nak ingatkan orang ramai, siapa yang bantu penjenayah — macam tolong lari, bagi tempat tinggal, atau bagi makanan — kira bersalah di bawah Seksyen 189 Kanun Keseksaan, boleh kena penjara sampai 2 tahun atau denda 40,000 baht, atau kedua-duanya.

💂 Colonel Ekwarit Chobchuphon, Deputy Spokesperson of the Internal Security Operations Command, Region 4 Forward / Head of the Public Relations Center, ISOC Region 4 Forward, has provided an update on the case in which a private delivery company discovered a 40-millimeter grenade round while sorting parcels in Bang Klam District, Songkhla Province.
📝 On 21 October 2025, police officers from Bang Klam Police Station, Songkhla Province, discovered and seized a 40-millimeter grenade round contained within a parcel handled by a private delivery company. The parcel was reportedly found during the sorting process, and the shipment originated from Narathiwat Province with a destination in Mae Sot District, Tak Province, as previously reported in the media.
⏰ Most recently, authorities have detained Mr. Gizam Wuthangkur, who has confessed to being the sender of the grenade round. He has been taken for questioning to identify additional individuals involved in the operation. Preliminary interrogation has yielded the following information 👇👇
📔 Between July and August 2025, Mr. Gizam was contacted via social media by an acquaintance who expressed an interest in acquiring 40-millimeter grenade rounds. Mr. Gizam then reached out to another supplier to procure the ammunition, and the transaction details, including pricing, were agreed upon through online communication.
📒 On 14 October 2025, the supplier informed Mr. Gizam that the ammunition had been successfully sourced but could not yet be delivered. Subsequently, on 20 October 2025, the parties agreed to meet for the handover at a convenience store located within a gas station at the Malay-Bangkok Intersection, Sateng Nok Subdistrict, Mueang District, Yala Province, at approximately midnight.
🚚 Prior to collecting the items, Mr. Gizam contacted the buyer to confirm the purchase price and requested that payment be transferred to a relative’s bank account. Afterward, he proceeded to collect the items as arranged and transferred payment to the supplier through a commercial bank before bringing the grenade round back to his residence in Narathiwat Province.
📙 On 21 October 2025, Mr. Gizam packaged the grenade round and shipped it through a private logistics company, using false names and addresses for both the sender and receiver, as well as a pre-purchased online mobile number to conceal his identity and monitor the parcel’s delivery status.
📍 On 22 October 2025, while Mr. Gizam was conducting personal business in Nong Chik District, Pattani Province, military personnel apprehended him and brought him to Ingkhayutthaborihan Camp for preliminary questioning. He was later transferred to the Interrogation Center of the 46th Ranger Regiment Task Force for in-depth interrogation and further legal proceedings.
📘 An initial inspection by relevant agencies has confirmed that the seized grenade round was not part of the Royal Thai Army’s official inventory. Authorities are currently conducting a comprehensive investigation to identify additional associates and to determine the origin of the ammunition. All proceedings are being conducted in accordance with the law, with transparency and due diligence.
🚨 The Internal Security Operations Command, Region 4 Forward, expresses its sincere appreciation to members of the public for their continued cooperation with government agencies in maintaining peace and security. The public is encouraged to remain vigilant and to report any unusual activities, suspicious persons, or potential unlawful acts via the ISOC Region 4 Forward Hotline at 1341, or directly to local task force units, available 24 hours a day.
📌 The ISOC Region 4 Forward further emphasizes that any form of assistance or support provided to offenders, such as harboring fugitives, providing shelter, or supplying food and materials, constitutes an offense under Section 189 of the Criminal Code, punishable by up to two years’ imprisonment, a fine not exceeding 40,000 baht, or both.
